Taking the first steps to a better you may sound scary, but you can do it with a bit of help from a caring, “easy to talk to” counselor.

I believe that anyone can move toward being a better and happier person with counseling. I am able to help adults, spouses and parents navigate through life’s circumstances, frustrations and setbacks to achieve personal goals. I can help you too!

It is important to me to always provide a friendly, safe and understanding atmosphere to help you work through whatever issues need to be resolved:

• As a military spouse, I understand your worries and difficulties while you try to be a constant positive factor in your family’s life, while change is constantly occurring. I am acutely aware of the issues that most military spouses face daily and more importantly, I actually know how to help.

• If you are the parent of a special needs child, I can help you work through those challenges and emotional pieces that go with these challenges. I am a parent of a special needs child myself and understand what you are going through.

• If you are an adult struggling with issues such as depression or anxiety, I will be pleased to work with you in resolving issues, working through setbacks and moving forward with your life.

• If you are in the middle of a life transition or confused with issues concerning low self-esteem, relationship issues, or adjustments, I can help you understand and resolve them so that you may better enjoy your life.

You don’t need to face these life challenges alone. Call to make your appointment now and get started to a healthier and happier you!
