No Wait Lists for Psychiatric Medication Management
Carolina Counseling Services does NOT have a wait list for psychiatric medication management.
When you schedule a psychiatric medication management with a contracted CCS provider you won’t have to deal with wait lists! Wait lists can be problematic for a number of reasons and can delay you receiving the care you need and deserve.
Why No Waitlist?
CCS cares about you and your mental health. Creating a wait list to receive the psychiatric care you need can have a negative impact. Some of the drawbacks to wait lists can include:
- Confusion and Frustration: It is hard to know how long you may be on a wait list? Should you continue your search or simply wait? How many people are ahead of you? There are so many variables that can lead to confusion and frustration. Besides, who likes waiting in line?
- Anxiety: Waiting can be overwhelming and uncertain resulting in a lot of unnecessary anxiety. This can be particularly problematic if you are already experiencing symptoms of anxiety.
- Less Motivation for Treatment: Most of us call to schedule a psychiatric appointment when we are needing help. The longer you have to wait the less motivated you may feel to actually begin medication management when you have the chance.
- Symptoms Can Get Worse: The longer you wait, the worse you will likely begin to feel. You deserve care when you need it.
Don’t Wait in Line
Carolina Counseling Services does NOT have a waiting list for psychiatric medication management or therapy. CCS contracts with caring licensed psychiatric professionals and therapists. Don’t wait to get the care you deserve, call CCS in Southern Pines, NC today!
